Born from genuine designs through a solid collaboration between designer and artisans and truly handmade using traditional techniques. Here at tredici.zerodue jewels we have a slow fashion attitude and we believe in creating forever treasures with a sustainable practice.

First of all we design timeless jewels, not influenced by trends, objects that become part of your style and you will love forever!
We are committed to produce locally, working with Indonesian manufacturers to keep their traditional craftsmanship alive, supporting the community we live in. At the same time, we are conscious about our production footprints and we do our very best to leave less of an environmental impact in getting our jewels to you.
To create while working towards a sustainable approach, our jewels are made in small production runs at the time and - since 2020 - also on a custom made basis. You may want to discover more about TZD Custom Atelier service here.

SHIPPING FARES
We offer free shipping to all our clients in Indonesia.
For orders made within the European Union a flat shipping rate of $ 15 will apply, while for the rest of the world a flat rate of € 10.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME
Once your order has been placed, a track and trace code will be sent to your email address so you can track the progress of your order.
In stock items are shipped within 3 working days after payment.
For out of stock items please allow up to 3 weeks for crafting before shipping, while custom orders take at least 4 weeks time and delivery depends on the complexity of the design you wish to create.
Delivery takes up to 2 days for domestic shipping and up to 10 days for international shipping.
We do our best to ensure original timing estimates are met but please note we can't be held responsible for any delays caused by third parties, bad weather conditions or events outside of our control.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Import laws and customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local Customs Office and make yourself aware of them before purchasing your jewel.
Please note that your order is not inclusive of any taxes, duties or charges that may be applied when your package reaches your country.
Payment of any duties and import taxes is your responsibility and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
Customers will not be entitle to a refund of shipping cost and Indonesian custom taxes in the event that an international shipment is refused by the receiver.
If you change your mind about a jewel, you can return it within 14 days after you have received your order.
All custom made and on sale items are final sale and can't be returned.
HOW TO RETURN:
If you wish to return an item please send an email to hello@tzdjewels.com indicating order number, name of the item to be returned, and whether you wish to have a size exchange or a refund.You will receive an email with all the information you need to return back your order, included return address and shipping instruction.
Please send the item back to us using a tracked package as the content is your responsibility until it reaches us.
The item should be returned in its original packaging. If the item is altered in any way or if there is evidence to suggest that it has been worn, the customer loses her/his right to exercise a return and we will not be able to offer you any size exchange or refund.
Please note that customer is responsible for shipping costs in regards to returns.
SIZE EXCHANGE
Be sure about your size before to place an order.If you have any doubt regarding your size, please send us an email to hello@tzdjewels.com before purchasing and we will assist you with that.

If your size is not in-stock please allow 2 to 3 weeks for crafting before shipping.
REFUND
Refund will be processed once the item has been received and reviewed from us.To prevent fraud, a refund will be credited back to the Debit / Credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been refunded.
