SHIPPING FARES

  • Free shipping is offered to all our clients in Indonesia.
  • Orders within the European Union will incur a flat shipping rate of $20, while the rest of the world will have a flat rate of $15.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME

Upon placing your order, a track and trace code will be sent to your email for easy monitoring. In-stock items are shipped within 3 working days after payment. Out-of-stock items may require up to 3 weeks for crafting before shipping. Custom orders, depending on complexity, take a minimum of 4 weeks. Domestic shipping takes up to 2 days, while international shipping may take up to 10 days. While we strive to meet timing estimates, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

It's essential to be aware of import laws and customs policies in your country before making a purchase. Your order does not include taxes, duties, or charges applicable upon reaching your country. Payment of duties and import taxes is your responsibility and will be collected upon delivery. Unfortunately, customers will not be entitled to a refund for shipping costs and Indonesian custom taxes if an international shipment is refused by the receiver.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Please note that all custom-made and on-sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

HOW TO RETURN

If you wish to return an item, please send an email to hello@tzdjewels.com, indicating the order number, the name of the item to be returned, and whether you prefer a size exchange or a refund. You will receive an email with all the necessary information for the return, including the return address and shipping instructions. Ensure the item is sent back using a tracked package, as the content is your responsibility until it reaches us. The item should be returned in its original packaging. If the item is altered or shows signs of wear, the customer forfeits the right to a return, and we won't be able to offer a size exchange or refund. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs and any additional custom taxes related to returns.

SIZE EXCHANGE

Ensure you are certain about your size before placing an order. If you have any doubts, please email us at hello@tzdjewels.com before purchasing, and we will assist you. Use our Ring Size Guide to determine your correct ring size. If your size is not in stock, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for crafting before shipping.

REFUND

The refund will be processed once the item has been received and reviewed by us. To prevent fraud, the refund will be credited back to the Debit/Credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been refunded. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs and any additional custom taxes related to returns, which will be deducted from the refund.
