tredici.zerodue jewels ("us", "we", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. 

All the personal information you provide during registration is used to process your orders or to contact you regarding a particular transaction. All the information is treated seriously and with full respect to your privacy.

The information we gathered includes your name and surname, email address, shipping address, and billing address. We do not store your credit card information.

If you subscribe our newsletter, we may use your contact information to notify you about new products, features or special promotions.
If you no longer wish to receive such communications and to be removed from the mailing list, you can unsubscribe any time using the link at the bottom of the email or sending an email to hello@tzdjewels.com.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

PAYMENT

tredici.zerodue jewels currently accepts Bank Transfer ( from Indonesian Bank Accounts only ) and PayPal.

PayPal is the most trusted direct payment gateway used worldwide. You can make a payment via PayPal either if you have a PayPal account or not. If you don't have a PayPal account and you wish to use your Debit or Credit Card, please select Pay with Debit or Credit Card to speed through checkout.

A few additional information about PayPal:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase as PayPal, your credit card data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service provider.

SHIPPING 

tredici.zerodue jewels orders are posted from Bali Indonesia using EMS International which ensures tracked and insured express delivery all over the world.

For international shipping we charge a flat € 20 for Europe and UK and € 15 for the rest of the World.

For domestic shipping in Indonesia we offer free delivery with JNE YES.

• In-stock items are shipped within 3 business days after payment;
• For out of stock items or made to order design please allow 2 until 8 weeks for crafting before shipping, depending on the complexity of the design you purchase;
• Delivery could take from 5 to 7 days for international shipping and from 1 up to 2 days for domestic ones;
• Once the order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number.

Please note:

Each country has different laws, custom and importation taxes.
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout and they are determined by the customs agency within the destination country.
Payment of any duties and import taxes, although charges are not always incurred, is the responsibility of the client and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so you should contact the local customs for further information.

RETURN POLICY

tredici.zerodue jewels is totally committed to customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with an order, items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for size exchange or refund.

All custom made and on sale items are final sale and can't be returned.

Please be sure about the item you purchased before to wear it.
If the item is altered in any way, we will consider the item worn and we will not be able to offer you any size exchange or refund.

If you wish to return your order please send an email to hello@tzdjewels.com within 14 days from the delivery date indicating order number, name of the item to be returned, and whether you wish to have a size exchange or a refund.
You will receive an email with all the information you need to return back your order, included return address, packing and shipping instruction.

Please note that customer is responsible for shipping costs in regards to returns.

Size exchange

• Be sure about your size before to place an order;
• If you have any doubt regarding sizes, please drop an email to hello@tzdjewels.com before purchasing;
• To find out your ring size please use our Ring Size Guide;
• If your size is not in-stock please allow 2 to 3 weeks for crafting before shipping.

Refund

• Refund will be processed once the item has been received;
• Refund will be credited back to the Debit / Credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase;
• You will receive an email once your order has been refunded.
